Ms. Carolanne Tims is an Investment Adviser Associate at Vigilant. Carolanne supports clients in an array of investment and compliance solutions. Carolanne is responsible for aiding Managing Directors and Directors in developing, testing, and monitoring compliance programs for Registered Investment Advisers and Broker Dealers.
Prior to joining Vigilant, Carolanne worked as an Administrative Assistant for the University of Delaware’s Student Involvement office, where she worked towards the success of over 300 registered student organizations. She assisted in the management of the student portal, student forms and contracts, financials of student organizations, and organized travel and event coordination for student events.
Carolanne graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice and Sociology from the University of Delaware. While at the University, Carolanne earned a CITI research course certification in the protection of human subjects and acted as President of her student organization for two years. Carolanne is currently continuing her studies at the University of Delaware to earn her certificate in paralegal studies.
