Mr. Dillon Prendergast is an Assistant Controller and Senior Associate at Vigilant. Dillon has developed, tested and monitored the Compliance Programs for a variety of Investment Advisers, Registered Investment Companies, ETFs, and Broker-Dealers. Dillon has participated in compliance due diligence reviews of Registered Investment Advisers, Fund Administrators and Fund Accounting, Custodians, and Distributors.
Dillon received his Bachelor of Science in Accounting with a minor in Business Administration as well as his Master’s Degree in Accounting, both from Neumann University. Dillon graduated with cum laude honors and was a recipient of the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants Award. Dillon was a member of both the Delta Mu Delta International Honor Society of Business and the Delta Epsilon Sigma National Scholastic Honor Society while attending Neumann University.
Dillon holds FINRA Securities Licenses, including the SIE (Securities Industry Essentials) and the Series 27 (Financial and Operations Principal Exam).
