Mr. CJ Schaible is the Vice President of Sales, Business Development and Marketing at Vigilant. CJ covers Vigilant’s entire prospect pipeline on the sales side while also assisting in overseeing Vigilant’s clients, and focuses on the Business Development for the firm internally to continue implementing efficient processes as a whole. On the marketing side, he develops and executes on marketing strategies. He also creates content and manages all the social media, he leads with upcoming projects/implementations, covers all the email marketing and segmenting the target audiences, prepares clients proposals, and helps build company visibility through all aspects of marketing including PR opportunities for the Vigilant team.
Prior to joining Vigilant, CJ was a Sales and Marketing Intern at Techtronic Industries (TTI) utilizing consultative and value selling tactics to fulfill customer needs. He also placed 3rd out of 87 interns in their TTI Sales contest. He was also a Technical Recruiter at Beacon Hill Staffing Group where he researched and evaluated prospective candidates utilizing internet research, social media, referral networking, direct recruiting, and resume databases. He worked part time as a Sales Consultant at Burn Social LLC where he had a high focus of pushing products through cold calling, Mailchimp, and overall building the CRM. He also has gained Social Media Marketing experience as well working as an intern for the Wilmington Public Library where he developed and created videos to help promote the library, ran/updated their social media, created marketing materials, and did third party and external marketing too.
CJ graduated with a bachelor’s degree from the University of Delaware as a Marketing major and continued his education by completing his MBA, majoring in Strategic Leadership. In school, he played Division 1 Baseball as a pitcher.
