David Fredrickson Named Chief Counsel in the Division of Corporation Finance
The Securities and Exchange Commission today announced that David Fredrickson has been named associate director and chief counsel in the agency's Division of Corporation Finance. He is expected to assume his new position in March. Mr. Fredrickson has been assistant general counsel in the SEC’s Office of General Counsel since 1998, where he is responsible for providing legal and policy advice to the Division of Corporation Finance.
